While these treatments are generally safe, some patients may experience side effects such as muscular pain, temporary muscle spasms, and tendon pain. We stand behind our work and your results with our Real Results Promise™: 

If you invest in fat reduction or muscle toning with CoolSculpting, CoolTone or EMSCULPT NEO and follow your provider’s recommended treatment plan but it doesn’t show results, we will perform another round of CoolSculpting, CoolTone or EMSCULPT NEO treatment on you for free. It’s the right thing to do. Our promise is straightforward and outlined below:

1. We will provide a free round of treatments on the target area if no results are seen after following the CoolSculpting individual treatment plan recommended by your practitioner. 

2. There is a 2 lbs maximum weight gain limit after treatment. 

3. Visible results are based on before and after photos. 

4. Minimum of two sessions completed on the target area.

2. For best long term results, a maintenance plan is recommended to maintain your CoolTone or EMSCULPT results. Similar to exercise, muscle mass and CoolTone and EMSCULPT results diminish with time unless maintained. 

3. We will provide a free series of two additional treatments on the target area if no results are seen after following your practitioner’s recommended CoolTone or EMSCULPT individual treatment plan. 

4. Visible results are based on before and after photos.
