James H. Dorsey grew up in Baltimore, Maryland, inspired by his father, Dr. James Dorsey Jr., a well-known gynecologic oncologist. He studied Business Administration at the University of Maryland and Western Colorado University and began his career training surgeons on advanced surgical tools.

MEET OUR TEAMWith a strong understanding of surgical needs, James invented the Nezhat Dorsey Hydro-Dissection System and launched American Hydro-Surgical. His company quickly grew, reaching $35 million in sales and eventually merging with CR Bard, where James continued as a consultant in product development.
James expanded his career by serving on boards of public companies like Charter Communications and starting his own marketing company, Incentive Marketing Solutions, which grew to $15 million in annual sales. His experience spans multiple industries and fields.
Contributions to New Radiance Cosmetic Center
For the past 13 years, James has focused on aesthetic medicine, growing New Radiance Cosmetic Center into South Florida’s top cosmetic center. With a 10,000-square-foot flagship location in Palm Beach Gardens and several additional locations, NRCC specializes in body sculpting, performing over 8,000 liposuction procedures. Recent expansions include a new Fort Lauderdale facility and an in-house surgery center offering advanced procedures.
