Background and Education
Dr. Michael Frederick is a Board-Certified Surgeon with an exceptional background in plastic surgery and smart liposuction, having performed thousands of procedures. Inspired to pursue medicine after his sister’s battle with ovarian cancer, Dr. Frederick graduated Summa Cum Laude from UCLA before attending the renowned University of California, San Francisco for medical school. There, he received the Dean’s Scholarship and conducted impactful research in transplant immunology.
After medical school, Dr. Frederick advanced his expertise at Harvard, where he completed his plastic surgery residency and served as Chief Resident at Massachusetts General Hospital. His training extended internationally to The Pitanguy Clinic in Brazil, where he learned advanced aesthetic techniques. Dr. Frederick believes in a patient-centered, approach to surgery, focused on sculpting and transforming each patient’s unique vision.
